I worked with Steve to buy my condo a few years ago. He was fantastic to work with incredibly patient, very responsive, and just a great guy. At that point, I may have seen 50 condos and Steve never put any pressure on me. When we decided that we needed more space, Steve was the first person we looked to for home buying in a very tough housing market. Steve was phenomenal to work with still. Again, he was very patient as we saw what could be well over 50 homes over a 6+ month period. After moving in, Steve stayed in touch with us and was always available for recommendations of contractors or other specialists. Lastly, Steve isn't just trying to make a buck but has his client's interest at heart. When we talked with him about selling our condo after buying our house, we evaluated the pros and cons of renting it out. Based on his recommendations, we ultimately decided to rent out the condo even though it would have been in Steve's financial interest to get the agreement to sell our condo. David was my inspiration for going into real estate investing. I’ve known him for many years as a decorated war veteran with numerous deployments under his belt. I started house shopping in June ’16 and David helped us search through every possibility in the area. Once we determined none of the existing inventory fit our needs, he helped guide us through the purchase of a lot and a custom home construction. During the negotiations, he kept me from negotiating against myself and helped fill in gaps in knowledge by using his resources at Sotheby’s. Bottom line, I trust him, and I will be using him for future transactions. Update: In April ’17, I put up a condo I owned up for sale, and used David as my agent. Once again, he did a great job. My experience with David was awesome. I did my housing search for a condo from afar which proved to be challenging. David’s customer service was superb and helped me feel comfortable enough to trust him with the purchase of my condo in Logan Circle. David was very responsive to emails and phone calls at all times of the day. During the home search, David took videos and extra photos which helped me immensely since I was not able to see the condos in person.
