The Centurion Group had the pleasure and the privilege of representing the SEVEN700 Condominium during its construction (pre-sale) and for 92 days on the market following the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy by Washington, DC.

During this period of pre-sale plus 92 days on the market, we placed eleven (11) units under contract.  Of these, four (4) fell out of contract due to mortgage issues.  We closed seven (7) units by the end of MAY, 2022.

The new brokerage that took over, has now had the building for over 180 days as of the end of November 2022. They have closed only TWO (2) units.  There are still 23 units remaining to be sold.

We take great pride in having sold over 300% of the current brokage in half the period.
