Nestled between Rock Creek Park and Montgomery County, Barnaby Woods is remarkably free of traffic; its northern and eastern boundaries are formed by parks. Located in the northwest tip of Washington DC, Barnaby Woods is completely residential with no commercial zoning. The majority of homes in the area are large 1930s colonials on large parcels of land.
