and why I love real estate

Lorraine lives her motto, “I Move Individuals and
Organizations to a Better Place”! She brings you 20+ years of experience in
residential and commercial real estate sales, rentals and property management
along with her amazing ability to connect people around the globe for mutual
benefit. Lorraine combines her real estate expertise, business acumen and
executive coaching skills to help clients gain self-awareness, clarify goals,
and achieve their financial, lifestyle and other real estate objectives. She
collaborates with her clients and a curated team of professionals to smoothly
bring closure to each transaction. Lorraine provides luxury service (including
renovations paid at closing, high-end and virtual staging, etc.) that fits
seamlessly into her clients’ lives. She is especially sensitive to the needs of
those selling their homes due to changing circumstances.

She lives in a walkable neighborhood in North Arlington,
after having been born in Baltimore County, Maryland, grown up in North
Carolina and having lived in Montgomery County, Maryland, then Alexandria,
Virginia and the Georgetown neighborhood in Washington, DC. She had a summer
home for over 13 years in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, knows the Eastern Shore
well and has a deep love for waterfront properties....and homes with swimming
pools. Whether you are a “Multi-Homer” or first time buyer, she delights in
working closely with clients in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland
and all over the world.

Lorraine earned her M.B.A. in General Management and B.A. in
Communications. She is active in and supports over 26 non-profit and charitable
organizations including The Society of Virginia, ARCS (Achievement Awards for
College Scientists) Foundation, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Coast
Guard Auxiliary, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Arlington Food Assistance Center, the
Lee Fendall House Museum and Garden, National Society of Colonial Dames &
Daughters of the American Revolution (both committed to historic preservation),
National Conference of State Societies and more!
